Happy Columbus Day! Another beautiful day! I am totally spoiled, but my
husband tells me reality is returning this week with a cold front. So I paln
to enjoy today while I can.
I have included a few beginning of the week reminders in today's news. Plus
I will be sending out a Counseling Center News summary later today.

NO SNAP BOWLING TODAY
SNAP will bowl again next Monday, October 15
from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. at Miracle Lanes in Monroeville.
AFTER PROM INFORMATION MEETING
After Prom Committee will meet Tuesday
October 9, 2007 in the FRHS cafeteria from
6PM-7PM . High school administrators will provide
information on the status of plans for the 2008 prom and
ideas for the 2009 prom and after prom. All parents
are invited and encouraged to come.

FRESHMAN HOODIE SALE
EXTENDED
We are extending the Freshman
Hoodie Sale to Oct. 12Th, Friday.
If you have not yet placed your order you have until Oct. 12. Friday. You can place your completed orders in the "Hoodie" box located in the office. So lets get those orders in today! Thanks (Veronica Gentile, 724-327-1049)
ALUMNI TENT TO BE SET UP AT
HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME
The National Honor Society will
sponsor, for the first time, a special tent for Alumni at the Homecoming
football game on Friday, October 12. The tent will be set up close to
the end zone nearest to the high school.
In the past returning students often
end up walking around the looking for friends. This year the
NHS tent will give returning alumni a place to meet, catch up on news
and have refreshments. NHS members will be manning the tent. The
tent will be open from 7 pm through halftime.

LAST CHANCE FOR PARENTS TO SUBSCRIBE TO SCHOOL NEWSPAPER
BONFIRE T-SHIRT SALE
Homecoming t-shirts will be on sale this week. The cost is $12. Students
interested in purchasing a shirt should stop by Mrs. Trimnal's room
(223) before or after school.
