Food Truck parked behind Sr. High Auditorium
There is a large truck parked behind the Sr. High auditorium and is ours to fill with food until 9 a.m. on Friday. Please contact me if you need to have food picked up or if you want to schedule a date/time to drop it off at the truck. Otherwise, food can be dropped off in Sr. High room 126. Let’s see if we can fill this thing up! Our friends at the food bank would love it if we could fill the truck by Thursday morning, take it to them and empty it, then add more food for Friday. Sounds like a challenge to me!
My class just spent the morning loading the truck with the items we have accumulated. So far, we have filled 3 “cribs” ... those large cardboard containers you see at the grocery store full of pumpkins at Halloween time. We are sorting donated items into 4 categories as we load the truck, so it would be helpful if you bring us your donations as they come in rather than saving it all for Thursday. Thanks!
